e4 is very strong and leads to more dynamic positions and certainly the first to learn but soon you can choose options like d4, c4 or f4
I'm not sure there is a first "best" move. There are several first strong ones. E4, d4, c4, Nf3, and b4 would be the most popular responses. But there are others.
You could find a video on the London System to start. Or just learn the basic principles of an opening in chess.

There is no best opening. I suggest you try as many openings as possible snd pick the ones you do best with.
A good opening can depend on your playstyle and which ones you like. Some gambits and other openings can be worse than others but with good openings there is not a difference in the advantage gotten when playing them. For beginners the London, Italian, four knights, fried liver is good for white. The caro kann, French, and just e4 e5 should get you solid positions. Good luck!
