Any opening has the potential of being tactical.
Try the Scotch, I personally find it fun.
fritz would pretty much demolish any opening you use, and if you want to use a tactical opening against a computer, might as well be prepared to lose

are u crazy!!!!!!!!!!!
fritz cant demolish every opening...............and what u talkin about tactical opening losing to a computer
Fritz cannot demolish an opening if you have the same database as him.
He will destroy you if you play wrongly or when you come out of the opening.
No human has drawn to a computer for quite a while, they are so strong.
Humans draw engines over and over ... No human has beaten the new Rybka for a while (ever) :P... but draws happen :).
Dont play against the computer, play with it, humans are much more fun than Fritz!
In fact all openings have tactical possibilities, it's all up to you and your tactical vision. Study some GM games and you'll see the tactics comes to the surface from all kind of openings, Tal played "boring" openings, but his games was magical :)
ih8hens nakmura made the new rybka look like a patzer in a blitz game they played...although you are propably talking about long time controls, don't you?
what openings did boring opening games played tal?

What opening you find boring is up to you, but Tal did not play, Kings gambit, evans gambit, Smith Morra gambit.... He played the usual stuff...
BTW what do you mean by "fritz has demolished it"?
I think he ment like He got killed by fritz using that opening

Don't believe the hype! Rybka was toyed with mercilessly by nakamura -- an incredible game -- 271 moves in 3 0 blitz! Nakamura is a strange and wonderful creature. Just flash ahead to the final position for a good chuckle! If a computer program could feel humiliation this would be the game. I don't know if this was Rybka 2 or 3, but the ratings difference between the two isn't enormous. Naka obviously understands anti-computer strategy brilliantly. I wouldn't bet on Rybka 3 against Naka in 3 minute blitz after seeing this performance, would you?
i use italian opening but fritz has demolished it.
