Good players know how to stop it

As you go on, players will know how to stop it and it will result in a better position for black

Here's how it works:

1. e4 e5 2. Qh5 Nc6 ( 2. ... g6 would allow the king and rook to be forked) 3. Bc4 Nf6 ( 3. ... g6 4. Qf3 Nf6 would be better, with a threat of 5. ... Nd4 and 6. ... Nxc2+ ) 4. Qxf7#.

So it turns out that this opening is good for black.

yes

Qh5 is only a good move if black falls for it. Otherwise, your queen is in a rather precarious situation, and black can gain tempo.

It's not losing- but it should not be played with high expectations for success
