This is not the tiger, and I was hoping for a respons for guys who play black.
What is Tiger's Modern

It's doubtful if it's really available, and in any case, I would not recommend it at your level.
Ignore the guy above, he's a troll who has been banned/muted several times already.
A major update has been written since and came out either late last year or earlier this year:

I used to play the Modern Defense a few years ago. Black's idea is usually to attack the Queenside with a pawn storm and that Bishop raking down the diagonal. It's a little shakier in soundness than most other defenses, and room for error is minimal.
It's more of an opening I'd recommend to someone rated over 2000, and should really be used only in situations where you are in a real need of a win with Black, where a draw is as good as a loss, like maybe if it's the last round, you are at the top board, and you are half a point behind your opponent, for example.
As black I always play 1. ... c6. So I have the Slav, or I'll play the Caro Kann.
One of my chessmates said that he has learned a new opening as black, which you can play against 1. e4 and 1. d4. It's called Tiger's modern (he said).
Black plays 1. .... g6 2. .... Bg7 and sometimes you play .... h5 or .... a6 followd by .... b5.
1) what is the goal of the opening
and
2) how to play.
