In the true Scotch Gambit, not the two knights transposition, the true Scotch Gambit, which is e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 exd4 4.Bc4 Bc5, Black scores the following on more respectable online databases:

Without digging through my game histories for win rates by opening..... I think I've played and won most percentage-wise with Nimzo and Amar.
Curious to check for sure now
Mine is the Caro - Kann Defence for black and the Vienna System/Vienna Gambit for white
Scandinavian Defence, London System, KIA, KID, Queen's Gambit or French Defence are also good openings
