What openings do you find easiest to play against?

Personally, it's the Scandinavian. Perhaps it's because my opponents don't know how to play it properly but it gives me little trouble.

Often, you can chase the queen around and develop your pieces at the same time.

any line in the the 1.d4 d5 colle . ive gotten the moves down to a science from the white side. as for black i love to play against the lopez in the berlin endgame because i know i wont get mated

The easiest legitimate opening for me to play against would be the Giuoco Piano (playing as white; the Giuooco Piano is defined by 3... Bc5). I can usually get a good attack and a better position.
