what's the best against 1.d4?

I play 1. d5 but then I suck against d4

if u want to play Queen's gambit then c4, u can get the Queen's Gambit also by different move orders...usually even at the GM level d4...d5 then comes most natrual reply c4...regards

By the way, in case 1.d4 d5 2.c4 i've started to play the Schara - Hennig gambit:

I think it gives a little advantage to Black, but i need to study it very careful, because of its tactical problems.. what do you think about it?

I still don't feel all that comfortable playing against d4. I've been doing much better ever since I started playing Benko's Gambit.

1.d4 Nf6

2. c4 c5

3. d5 b5

Semi-slav works well too.

i like the KID or QGD with black.
