They look the exact same, why the 2 names?

Because chess.com labels every legal move with some bogus opening name.  Do not trust opening naming on chess.com.  You need a better resource.

For example, 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 e6 HAS NO NAME YET other than the fact that it's the Sicilian Defense.  It is unknown which variation it will be, but because whoever wrote chess.com is a complete moron and thinks it needs a name, they called it the "French Variation", which does not exist in the Sicilian Defense.

They stole the name "Fantasy Variation" from the move 3.f3 in the Caro-Kann Defense.  1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.f3 is the Fantasy Variation.  That does not make f3 in any opening the "Fantasy Variation".  Just like how not all openings with ...e6 in it are the "French Variation".  Otherwise, 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 would be the "French Indian Defense", which we all know it is not.  After 3.Nc3 Bb4, it's the Nimzo-Indian Defense, 3.Nf3 Bb4+ is the Bogo-Indian Defense, and 3.Nf3 b6 is the Queen's Indian Defense.

Long story short, don't believe the BS that you see here.  Use another resource when it comes to naming of openings.  Chess.com has its strengths, but identifying openings is NOT one of them.  A 2-year old can tell you more about the Chinese political system than chess.com can tell you about openings.
