How can a person teach you what move to make first... My first move is considered my frontline assault. Chess is a game of war. My first move varies, it matters the skill of the opponent.Think war tactics... (8)ponds is your frontline soldiers, with plans of becoming Queen or Rook... your (2)knights is your chariot soldiers... your (2)bishops is your gladiator. Your (2)Rooks is your Enforcers. And of course you have your King, the President, and your Queen, which is your active General. Protect your president by any means... A game of protect and serve, seek and destroy. Look at the board, theres two sides, 32 squares to each side. Whites have 32 squares and so do black...64 squares in all...Theres an invisible line inbetween those 64 squares.... Thats the frontline. The best move that always works for me is to move kings pond up two. (Pond-e2 to p-e4.) This pond is the first on the frontline... everyone behind him is out to kill the enemies first pond or maybe even a bishop or knight. While the President is calling all the shots, Enemies are gaining access to our/their base. Move with percision. Take no prisoners. Make no mistakes. none. Moving the wrong piece can be deadly. Every game shall have a different outcome... Force the enemy backwards, making a move he didnt wont to make, putting him/her a step/move behind. Basically the game is in your hands... I just wanted to share to you the tactics I use...
