Yugoslav Attack

I was reading about the Sicilian Dragon Yugoslav Attack and in this position the book I was reading suggested that white's best move was to capture the bishop with the queen. In fact, it said it was a really strong move that resulted in a much better position for white. However, I am not sure how to continue after black captures with either of his pawns and I was hoping if someone could explain the variations to me. Thanks.

cool game DTM it would be fun to enter it on my cheap radio shack chess comp. and play both sides in 2 different tries!

I have done some rather extensive analysis of the different lines available to Black if White wants to preserve the queen.  However, I have not (and I repeat, I HAVE NOT) confirmed this with an engine.  This is purely my own thoughts on the position, and I would very much appreciate some assistance from someone else's grey matter or silicon friend.  Powerlevel_9001 analyzed the Rxc2 line after 1. Qb4.  Possibly winning for Black according to him.  Maybe drawish with stubborn play from White, but Black's got more attacking chances.

Okay, I can see one thing wrong with my 1. Qf4 main line right away.  6...exd5 fails to 7. Qc8+!!, which overworks Black's rook.  7...Rxc8 - 8. Bxa5 and White's winning by a mile.  In ligjht of this I say just 6...gxf5, keeping it simple.  White's pieces are overworked.

I credited you with the Rxc2 line in 1. Qb4.........
