I shouldn't give away chess.com secrets, but what the heck.  You guys won't tell anyone, right? The gold and platinum are actually just plated and the diamonds are really cubic zirconia.

Pulpofeira

This explains everything!

And The ones with this logo : 🚫?

That logo means the account is closed.  If you go look at the account, there's sometimes an explanation.  For example, an account closed for violation of fair play policies means that somebody was caught cheating.

Tiebreak

Thanks Martin.  How are the tiebreak points allocated?

The sum of the points scored by the people you beat, plus half the sum of the points scored by the people you draw.

So if you beat someone who had two wins and one draw, that would add 2.5 to your tiebreak.  If you drew him instead, that would add 1.25.

Anfieldofdreams

Great,  that's really useful info.
