He is definitely mentioned as being amongst the greatest. I have no idea why you think people don't think he is.
How Good/Bad is Anand

Anand is a very strong player.Even today he is one of the best chess players. He deserves to be in hall of fame because he demonstered his class not only few times but all over time, he began play well and also tiday he goes ob to do that.

I think he was widely adknowledged as a greater chess player than either topa or kramnik.
As you say Anand had the won the unified WC several times in a row.
if you had heard otherwise, please show the source. Keep in mind the Rabble in the forums does not always give honest objective assessments. people are here for humor, Instruction (Occasionally) and just to argue.
you should not take these guys (including myself) too seriously.
but I am Being serious when I think that Anand is a great chess player who will be remembered as the best chess player of his generation.

he's really bad, his real rating is like 500
If you are talking about ultra-bullet, then sure

Anand has achieved a lot. He is a 5 time World Champion (only 3 players have won more), was only the 4th player ever to get 2800+ ELO Rating, and has won many other tournaments along the way. However, he is almost Never mentioned as being among the greatest.
Why is that? Weirdly enough players like Kramnik, who Anand defeated comfortably in the World Championship, are often spoken of far more highly than he is?
So why would you say that is?
