WFM, WCM are easy for lower rated females to obtain, they just have to win the world title in any age group, probably easier if they are U10,U12 and if the competition is held in some place not that popular. (Basically discrimination b/w men and women in chess)

Once a player earns a title, they keep it forever. I would expect someone who leaves the world of competition, to significantly drop in rating points. Some reasons might be becoming a mom, changing jobs, getting a job, and some people do not retain skills over the long-term. I was a very good player from 5-15, but 38 years later I couldn’t remember how to orient the board. I wouldn’t give her low rating another thought.

Possible too

Nah, I have friends of WFMs and WCMs that are of the FIDE rating 1250, 1400  and of the age below 14 or 12

wth

Even a CM here on chess.com, he won something in a world tournament in U10 and obtained the title, he was 1600 blitz on chess.com and 1500 FIDE back then but now after 2-3 years he is 1900-2000 FIDE and 2300 on chess.com. Friends of mine here know who the CM is

kingsgrave

i beat a WCM who was very weak and she had an old profile - i had questions too but we got the notches in our belt bro - it's all good
