i noticed another member here was titled and her rating was also in the 1300 range. i don't understand this. attaining a title stays with one and can't be taken away, i thought.

if so, these players could stop playing and become adults with a title and a rating of ~1300.

yeah. that's the actual youth academy, which i think is for people 15 to 18, before they get promoted to the senior team. i don't think that u15s would play the senior team just because there's such a big difference between the physique of the teams. the u15s would get injured and absolutely trampled.

I think the country may make a difference. She's from Kenya for example, they might award the title a lot easier. Of course it's obvious that a National Master will be awarded differently based on country, it could well be FIDE allows something similar based on country. I'm pretty sure sure FIDE is going "woke" just like every other corporate monstrosity, so they will really like coloured females to get titles. It could be something like she won a national title and as stated at a young age.

Nice find though, I've beaten WFMs the odd few times in blitz (I've played a lot of blitz) but I'm not sure I've ever seen one who was actually worse than me before.  

i never saw a 1300 wfm but i did see a wfm rated 1600 BRO SERIOUSLY MY COACH IS 1700 AND HE HAS NO TITLE.

1800 wfm’s and wcm’s are not that uncommon also she’s now 1700 not 1300
