Is there a way to look at the chess.com leaderboard for a specific rating range?

I don't think so

just go to the leaderboard and find the page that has the ratings you want

There are like 10,000+ pages..... what if I want a 1500 range?!

Plus there are like 5 pages for 2200's on that same number

The strongest person under 1500 is going to be 1499. Why do you need to look that up
