Since I am not skilled or savvy enough to attach a YouTube video to this post, let me just direct to to an absolutely astonishing performance by Magnus Carlsen.
He played a three-board blindfold clock simul at the Sohn Conference. Each player had 9 minutes on his clock, which meant that Magnus essentially had 3 minutes for each game.
