No, even Nakamura acknowledges that bullet chess isn't serious chess. To play it well, you need to be good at chess, but that doesn't make it serious.
I do believe that if the interface is neutral, the better player will generally win in bullet chess. Bullet chess rewards the better player, but it still is not a serious format.
If blitz chess is chess on speed, bullet chess is chess on crack.
i just started playing bullet - it's fun, a definate rush. everyone should at least try it.

Serious response to unserious thread; I like 10 minute games best! I just started playing again after a 10 year brake and I have found out that 5 minute games are just a little to fast for me yet. I have seriously no idea how people manage to play a good game with only 1 minute on the timer. Insane!
Taking several minutes for one move is for the insane!!
