Seems like black had no idea what he was doing and just moving his pieces without a purpose.
Tal vs Koblents Riga '57 (amazing game)

same opponents, same fun, different result:
http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1139361
btw, Tal played the Dutch defence 4 times with 2 wins and 2 draws, if I am not mistaken..

On move 25 there is an interesting try 25...Ng6 by black, for which Tal had prepared 26.Nd4!. Black has 2 responses to 26.Nd4, which are 26...Nxh8 and 26...Re7.
If 26...Nxh8, there is a forcing line 27.Nxe6+ Kf7 28.Nxc7 Rxc7 29.Rxg7+ Kf8 30.Rxc7+ Nxh6 31.Bc6, with a pleasant and probably winning endgame.
If 26...Re7, there is a beautiful line 27.Bxg7+ Rxg7 28.Bd7!! (deflecting the queen to block the bishop's control of e6) Qxd7 29.Nxe6+ Qxe6 30.Qxg7+ Ke8 31.Nxd5 where black is up and exchange but his king is stuck in the center (engine gives 0.00).
This game is incredibly complex and showcases the kind of play that makes Mikhail Tal one of the greatest characters of chess history. Do you know of any other games with this kind of mid-game stand off? by anyone?
