I've already explained to him that it is not wise to set rating limits on GROUPS. It's ok to set them on TEAM MATCHES and TOURNAMENTS, but not on groups (for the very reaon you mentioned - why would you punish people for getting better?). He agreed with me, but apparently forgot that conversation before posting this thread.
I'm forming a new team called the "Porsches" for anyone whose rating is under 1400. We should be able to have a lot of fun and learn some good things along the way. Join the group TODAY so we can put out some challenges
