Weakest chess GM?

Who, in your opinio, was/is the weakest chess GM.

I keep hearing GM Raymond Keene - i disagree.

Crazy topic I know!! The weakest GM must still be a strong IM at least.

There were people given GM's past their prime when ratings were established. Keene was a good player in the 70's--my call would by Balinas a Philippine GM who I always felt was more IM than GM.

Raymond Keene might not be the weakest chess player, but he sures writes the most awfull chess books.

Samurai Chess might be the dumbest book I´ve ever opened.

There are honorary GMs and affirmative action GMs as well, surely the weakest must be among some of those ?

i disagree. kasparov is a great player, so spherenine must be not smart or not knowing much about chess, he shuld do poker.com

One tournament does not make a GM strong. Balinas also played quite a bit in California and never seemed to do very well. He is a good player but I never felt he was of GM strength.
