8 player chess

  trying to promote a variant everywhere I can.

8 player chess is a variant played over a 24x24 with spaces board.

There are 3 modes: FFA(Free-For-All), FFT(Free-For-Teams) and Teams.

In FFA and FFT goal is to earn most points possible and win at the end of the game.

In Teams goal is to checkmate the opponent team.

Play goes clockwise (white red blue yellow green purple orange)

To play or take a look at the board, variations, etc, join the 8 player chess club.

We use a forum correspondence method to play, but we don't need image editing software unless we are playing on a custom position, we have a website where you can drag pieces to match the position and save your image.
