Hi i was thinking about small chess variations and also thinking about the advantage white gets at the start and I wondered if anybody has thought about this before. -Chess with a 1-2-2 move structure instead of 1-1-1 move structure, kind of like serving in tennis tiebreakers. It may change the opening meta very drastically, for instance I hope there is no two move checkmate, because even if it is block-able it will make the skill floor too high. This will give a mix of attacking and defensive play just like in real chess, due to the fact that you can make two-move tactics in between but they have to be in a position resistant two two-move counter tactics by the opponent afterwards. I just want to know if anybody has ever had this idea and ifso can you can play it
