Are you saying two players deliberately play at the same time to team up against other players? Or is it two random players who meet in a game?
Well, if two players are playing opposite each other, it is in their common interest to co-ordinate attacks and co-operate with each other against the players to their sides. There is nothing really wrong with that as long as they don't conspire. There will also not be anything wrong with Red co-operating with Blue or Green with Yellow. Also, it is not unusual for players to switch allegiances during the game. You have to accept all these dynamics as part of 4-Player FFA. It is the nature of the game and it can be frustrating.
Life itself is not always fair and can be frustrating at times. Maybe if you are really offended by other players' actions in FFA, you should stick to teams.
I see FFA as teams with no defined rules. There's absolutely no way you can play 4-player FFA without co-operating with (and betraying) other players.
I'm tired of teams in four-player chess FFA

As soon as the game starts, they communicate via private message and coordinate their attacks. This has nothing to do with tactical-strategic collaborations for the game. In this game where everyone tries to survive alone, your chance of winning against two coordinated players is close to zero. How can you explain to me how you can premove consecutively after the thirtieth move of an FFA game?

Well, that is bad. Take it as part of the game (cheating) or stick to Teams. You can also block such players.

I've gotten into the fun of playing classic four-player chess, 1v1v1v1, but nearly every time I play, two or three players gang up on me or another player. Despite my numerous times requesting these players to stop or report the players myself, it never gets resolved. Previous complaints from other players also help me explain this, especially with how they deliberately do it and communicate about doing it even after numerous turns.
I play four-player chess to have a pleasant time, especially in the evenings. But lately, two players in the game often act together and attack a common target and do not touch each other. The most obvious example of this is that they can make premove moves, obviously which are not safe in four-player chess. Even though I reported it many times, no action was taken, I did not even receive a response from the admins. I'm tired of this situation
