i think you are confusing with crazyhouse
there, white has an enduring advantage with perfect play (enough to i think win)
while i think atomic advantage is not enough to win
and antichess is a win for white; this is proved completely after 1.e3!
(every other move loses lol)
edit: someone should analyse atomichouse
or; atomichouse960 in the worst positions
