No Draw Variant

Make a variant where the are no draws. Here's what to do in each draw circumstance:

3-fold repetition- Moves that would repeat a position with the same side to play are made illegal.

Stalemate-The side being stalemated loses. The reasoning is that the king would otherwise be forced into check.

50 move rule/insufficient material- The side that made the final capture wins. this may seem strange, but consider a king and pawn endgame after all the pawns get captured, there's no better way of deciding the winner.

Loss on time vs insufficient material- A loss on time is a loss period.

The first player to give check will win the game if that game is draw by traditional rules.

So: if white gives the first check, black is not lost immediately but is FORCED to do better than draw

how I play is simple. draw by ckecked king- the king can not move because it could put him in check with no other moves legal, is still a form of check mate when the agressor king is not involved.

if the is insufficient material the one with the most remaining points on the board wins, also the same with moves. this is 1 point over pawn, 2 per bishop, 3 per knight, 4 points per rook and 5 for each queen.

You could play it over the board, but it would be hard for me to keep track of

I had a similar idea, but with the added rules of 9-check (to make perpetual check a win) and immediate loss if a player loses all pieces except for the king. It could be an interesting variant.
