Chess960 Computer Analysis?

I just won a really interesting Chess960 game and I would love to have a program analyze it as I often do with my classical chess games.  Does anyone know of a chess program that can analyze a Chess960 game?  How come such programs are so hard to find?  Is it because Chess960 isn't all that popular yet?  Or is it because Chessbase et al. would all have to go back to the drawing board, so to speak?

you can analyze it, just open the pgn with the chessbase interface or you can copy & paste the pgn, Edit-->Paste--->Paste Game

Son of a gun, you are correct!  I was looking for some special Chess960 setting or option.   When I cut and pasted the PGN notation, Fritz11 recognized it as a 960 game automatically and started analyzing.  Cool!  Cool

Thanks so much!

Edit: How come Chess.com doesn't offer a 960 analysis function yet?  Just curious if anyone heard anything.

+1 for the analysis function on 960 games, it would be a great help... :)

when you play chess960 you are probably playing under chess&variants. However, if you just press "Play" and then Custom game to chess960, you can directly analyze your chess960 games on chess.com

Learning > Analyse : doesn't find my png from a 960 game as valid ...
Is that not what you are talking about ?

For some reason I don't find opponent by doing so, when I was finding opponent all fine when I was playing from chess&variant.
Is that 2 different match making queue, or there is simply nobody the second time ?
Moreover is there a way to have different time interval to find an opponent ? (to have more chances to find it ?)
