Agadmator is my favorite you tuber. Hikaru, Anna Rudolph, Alexandria and Andria botez, and James Canty are my favorite streamers
Best Chess YouTuber?

Agadmator has something new every day. When I'm eating my evening meal I watch his latest video. Seems to be a genuinely decent fellow.
I'm using John Bartholemew to improve my low level chess.
I recently discovered the YouTube videos of IM Andras Toth (ChessCoach Andras) , a Hungarian/Australian IM with a very lively teaching style and a delightful accent!

Anna Rudolf is pleasant to learn from.
Alexandra Botez and Golddust Tori also are quite good.

My awards go to:
Best teacher - Yasser Seirawan
Best all rounder - Jerry (ChessNetwork)
Best in AI - KingsCrusher
Funniest - GingerGM
Best hypeman - Maurice Ashley
Best shorts - Mato Jelic
Best for historical interest - Agadmator
Best for speed solving - Hikaru

I know that i've seen 1 video by Hanging Pawns but i can't remember anything about it As he's been mentioned a few times i'll need to check out a few more... For me, GingerGM is the best, (funniest, best visuals, genuinely instructive to ordinary players like me), I also watch Anna Rudolf, Kingcrusher, Eric Rosen and occasionally others too.

For french chess players, there is only 2 youtuber to teach chess : GM fabien Libiziewsky and his friends Kevin Bordi (bullet killer with 2600 on chess.coma nd he had a draw in 3mn blitz against magnus carlsen. They are known as "BLITZSTREAM" on you tube

Kingscrusher is the only channel I can recommend, the others are dead channels or upload dubious content.
I like agadmator for the best entertainment YouTuber. I watch Hikaru on Twitch. He just posts excerpts on YouTube so you're missing a lot of his stuff if you're only on YouTube. I also watch Coffee Chess for entertainment.

Kevin Bordy and Fabien Libiziewsky (fablibi) are youtubers teaching chess and known as "Blitzstream" : Fun and pedagogic and in french language.
Yasser Serawan from the saint-louis chess club is a great teacher.
Mato jelic is a chess story teller specialised in immortal games and great chess champion highlights.

Agadmator is OK, I guess, but I do get frustrated that his chess knowledge is limited largely to showing tactics.
I'm partial to Finegold when the kids are being quiet. He can be a jerk, but he's OUR jerk.

GM Mykhalo Oleksiyenko also has an excellent YouTube channel. His videos tend to be somewhat advanced, but he is very good at explaining concepts. Especially helpful is the way he describes how to think about a position.
Could you tell me his youtube handle?
Sorry for the delayed response, but I just now saw your post. He uses his name as his handle, but I misspelled his first name in my earlier post. It's Mikhaylo Oleksiyenko.
