Looking for a friendly, active club

I have been inactive for quite a while, not playing in matches or tournaments, but find myself with some time on my hands and am considering playing again.

I would be interested in finding a group/club where there is a lot of social interaction and the main focus is NOT politics (we're here to play chess, right?) and where the general discussion stays friendly.

I joined the club around a month ago. It is one of the best clubs. There is always something you can join, the admins are responsible and funny. Honestly, you feel like you belong. Tournaments are plenty and we compete regularly. Variants. puzzles. Vote chess. Normal chess. We welcome you with open arms.

We are super active and a fast growing club. We have 100+ members and was formed on Dec16 2020 Not even a complete month and we got 100+ members including 3titled players

again, thanks to all who responded- I have found one club that I think will work and am considering another so I'm good for now
