No. chess.com titled players who are certified are allowed a second account so they can play anonymously if they choose. Anyone can also request to chess.com staff to grant them extra account(s) if you explain why and they approve. This is popular for speedrun accounts and then deleting the account when the speedrun is over. Another common use is a titled player having one account for themselves and a second one for the students they coach.

Multi-accounting only violates chess.com tos if you don't get permission to do it
