30|20 Option For Rapid Chess

I am at a point in my Chess games where 30 minutes for each player isn't enough anymore. I have played 60 minute games and I can say for a fact that the quality of moves and the CAP score of both myself and my opponent go up. That being said its very hard to get matched with someone on that setting. You can end up waiting for a looooooonggggg time before getting matched with anyone. I have also had no luck with custom time controls either. I think the main reason for the aversion to 60 minute games is that people don't want their opponent to just walk out on them and wait forever for the game to finish (understandable in my opinion). 

Lichess has 30|20 option but I don't think they have anything close to the quality and magnitude of the chess.com user-base. 

Anyone agree with me on this? Is there a suggestions box for chess.com?

I submitted a suggestion to the support team. Not sure what their response time is. I think this would be a good change for chess.com though. I have been a happy user of Chess.com for a while and I don't want to have to find another platform. Maybe if I reinstate my premium membership they will respond faster.
