And a very pleasant day it was too, I hasten to add...
I began the day on a rating of 1709. One loss, one draw, three wins and two hours later, I found myself on a rating of... 1709. I felt like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day.
Then I watched several games in the so-called "Death Match", and thoroughly enjoyed the experience - particularly the running commentaries by Dannie and Ben. I hope I've got their names right. These people are all new to me. Whatever, commentators and players put on a great show between them. Great stuff, Chess.com. Thanks!
