Accidental Resignation, Anything I can do?

I accidentally resigned a game against an opponent over 500 rating points below me during a Daily Chess game. This happened in Analysis mode, because the resignation button is very close to the move arrow navigation buttons on PC, and I was furiously clicking through various lines trying to find the best configuration. I've been playing chess with long COVID and cannot visualize moves due to brainfog, so analysis mode is critical to my play currently.

1. Is there anything I can do for this specific game? My opponent said sorry and asked. Ideally I would want the game to be unresigned and restarted from the previous position. I didn't want to go through the process of attempting this via a player report because my opponent didn't do anything wrong.

2. Can I get my rating points refunded in total or in part? If so, how do I go about that? I'm guessing a player report on the game in question.

3. How do I convince chess.com to remove the draw and resignation buttons from analysis mode on the computer version of their website? There is no need for those buttons during analysis and I'm sure this is not the first time it's happened.

If you are replying to a specific point or question please number them as I have above. Thanks all.

1. you dont need to do that through a player report, they can just send you a challenge with a custom position.

2. unless your opponent broke fair play you cant get points back.

3. you could turn on confirm resign so you have that extra precaution and you can suggest this in the suggestion box. just hover your mouse over the "Help" button and click "make a suggestion"

1. it's a tournament game.

3. Yeah I have confirm turned on, but the popup appears directly over the move navigation arrows on the analysis tab (at my screen resolution). So when clicking furiously through different continuations, a simple misclick results in this pointless forum post.

Yeah it's weird. i literally cannot visualize an entire chessboard. I used to play blindfold chess with my students in my 20s, so this is an oddity for me. I've been playing because I'm told I'll just get better from long covid all at once, and chess tends to be a good measure of brainfog levels for me.
