When your first account is closed, its better to ask chess com for clarification before opening a new account.
So you get an official new account.
if they detect you have made a new one without their permission, they will close it as well (for abuse).

The account he's using now was created in 2010.
Ah, now I see, thanks for info.......looks like a sleeping account from past.

overturning such a ban isn't easy , are you in a chess club otb ? can you get references on your playing ability from there or do you have a tutor in the game , who can verify your ability ,
if you can get these kind of references it may help you in your appeal to cc

Usually they ban if your moves are 98-99% identical to engine moves. There is a small chance like 1 in 1000 or 1: million where you are really human and had identical to engine moves.

This is not the case. Chess.com methods for cheat detection are not public knowledge.

PGN Spy is not used by Chess, com and is not part of their detection methods. It is a open source tool developed by @MGleason which provides stats based on comparison of moves to a specified engine.

Other additional factors
1. Reaction times( massive fluctuation among human vs constant times)
2. Rating fluctuations ( suddently shoot up rating from 1200 to 2500 etc)
3. Multiple tabs opening on or off
Other than that, there is no hidden magic or technology.

For someone to use a 9 year old account to say his "main" account was closed and claim he didn't have two accounts is trivially inconsistent. He says he doesn't have two accounts: clearly this can at most be true only after the other account was closed.
I see the present account was playing in 2017. When was the "main" account created?

Hi all. Thanks for the comments, but I logged with this account as Facebook, and obviously this was created the first time I knew about Chess.com, it has nothing to do with having "2 accounts". On the other hand, don't understand why this system assumes I am using assistance or computer or whatever... if I take enough time to play (not some few minutes like my opponents), much hours most of cases... and the level of them is not high, so I can win playing well... even I don't have a great Elo neither nor I haven't won to great players... my moves have seen logic ones as well...
This is very sad.

I stay like a cheater and that is very unjust. I will appeal of course. Thanks for information Prophetess.

there was a time I could ruy lopez 21 moves , this was down to memorizing games and going by the book , I have not got that ability as much these days but it occurs to me that playing book moves might be seen as playing the best move consistently in a game ,
and possibly this could see an opponent submit a ticket to cc , yet its just me being nerdy about a specific chess opening , thankfully ive never been in a situation where my account has been closed for fair play reasons , although ive no problem with cc making sure im not cheating by reviewing my games
they do it because they want to ensure we all get a fair game ,

I would recommend joining the Cheating Forum https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum and reading the forum threads there as well as asking any particular questions you might have. It is a much better source of information on the subject than anywhere else here, and in fact it is the only place on the site where discussion of the subject is considered okay.

As posted already, contact support. They are the only ones that can assist you. You will want to provide support the closed account name as well.

Since discussions of cheating, or potential cheating are not allowed in the general forums, and since no one here can help anyway, locking.
