Analyze my game

Don't you think it would be more benefical to you if you would first try to analyze the game yourself and share your thoughts? You may have had some reasons to play certain moves, or maybe you have thought about certain variations, etc. If someone looks through your annotation it will be much easier for him to help you with some advice too.

24. b8=Q is the first thing that occurred to me.
I didn't like 6. Bd3... it weakens your hold on d4 and on the d-file generally. I would have preferred 6. Be2 or 6. Be3.
Not sure what 7. d5 was meant to accomplish. Other things being equal, Pawns are strongest abreast. I would have been looking at O-O, or Be3, or Qc2.
Is there a specific reason that you didn't play 15. f4 Nxd3 16. fxg5?

Despite positional awkwardness, the opening was not played badly. At least not compared to some things I have seen. You should tell yourself, though, when you opponent could have won, you should have lost. Black did not need to do his final blunder.
And black has an easy game.

15. f4 looks really strong. Wish I had noticed that.
24. b8=Q Qxb8 is something I considered, but I didn't think having his queen on the open b-file was good for me. The fork 25. Nf7 did look juicy though, especially since I would be taking the rook with tempo. I guess I just thought that 25. Nf7 Qb1+ gave back black the iniative, which I didn't want to do.
