Anyone know what my OTB rating should be?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knew what my OTB rating should be? or am I suppose to decide what it should? and if I'm suppose to do it myself then how do I rate myself?

Huh?! If you have played in OTB tournaments, then your rating is your rating. If you haven't then you don't have one and are unrated.

Play in some tournaments and you'll get a rating. Other people know more about it, I was just here to make jokes to be maniacally honest.

The nuances here that exist make it difficult to truly assess your actual rating. Those guys are telling the best thing to do. Another good way is to join a chess club near you and regulary play people of various ratings. It will quickly become obvious where you stand.
