Average rating per Country?

I believe the average United States chess federation rating is around 1300.

No, there isn't.
Forgive me if this has been asked before (I couldn't find it though).
Just for fun, it must be easy enough to calculate an average rating per country and publish a link with country rankings.
My guess for 1st position on the leader board is Kiribati
