Banned but is wrong

Hi,
I was recently banned and haven't received any emails regarding it. I was playing 15|10 and i played many matches some i were loosing some i were winning it was a mixed play and then somehow i started winning games as my opponents were doing many blunders and then for some reason they decided to resign mid games, Many players resigned before the match was finished and many did very silly blunders . And in one match when the opponent decided to re match and i had the upper hand in the match i got kicked and banned. I did not see any warning prior straightaway got banned and havent recieved emails also. Please tell me how to send account link here as I dont know

put @ and then the username, for example, @12345

If you look at the account profile it will list a general ban reason with a link to an article explaining what types of things cause that closure.

hey when i was banned i checked the profile and they said that it was for that fair play thing but then if you ban someone aleast give warning or emails i havent recieved any email then how is it that i was wrong just because i won a few times means am cheating? if thats the case pro players should be banned from this platform and also its not like am bad at chess and suddenly became a pro I was playing from such a long time

You got banned because you cheated, now your trying to cheat us, by pretending you didn't cheat. They should ban you now, I would.

If you were banned, there is zero doubt. We know this. 
Also.... I don't doubt for a second that a computer could positionally force opponents into blundering-- to a] win faster, b] make the opponent lose confidence and place the blame on themselves, and c] so that the account owner has some kind of plausible explanation for why they played so well. 
Well yeah. That's already exactly what they do. Problem is that plausible explanation doesn't pass statistical analysis. No matter what hackey nonsense comes out next, it is not a human, and it will always have emergent identifiable patterns.

The site doesn't warn for fair play violations; it closes the account. The site also doesn't close accounts for playing games well but for using disallowed resources.

You should have received an email on the address associated with the closed the account that has information about your options.

sorry i wasn't able to reply in recent days also here's my account that got banned @HORSEYY15 this is the username. I request you to please notice how bad of blunders my opponents were making before making any judgement and also how they kept resigning

Hey buddy making judgment just by trusting a bot who banned me and I accept that the bot is very accurate and only bans people who r cheating but can it not make mistakes? It's a bot afterall please go look at my games i have tagged my account

how can he not? and who said that i am a 300 rated player? i was 1000 rated and because i stopped playing i lost the rating and also there is something called an offline world where a board game called chess exists and magically people can play their just because i played online a bit doesnt mean am bad at it

Also just a question why do you guys think if i cheated would make another account just to raise my voice like I am not getting that account back anyways and if i cheated i could just peacefully run this account and use cheats but did? I raised my voice because I thought it is wrong and ofcourse this would seem as a you know clean up and sympathy gaining post but it is what it is

Just look at the opponents man how they played before accusing I am not gonna defend any further because obviously there is no point and also I know now you all will say that "ohh he is not defending coz he actually cheated" think whatever you want now am tired

Just had a look at your banned account. Not only are you a cheater, but a pretty dumb one at that. There are two types of cheaters on this website. Smart ones, and dumb ones. You belong in the dumb category, sadly.

There's no doubt in my mind after having looked at everything relevant - you have undoubtedly used assistance in your games and you've now come here to only make yourself look like a bigger clown, than the one you already are.
