I think you're familiar with this in a different language.
After this message, I immediately checked my PMs with the "coach", and BOOM, his account is closed and our PMs are deleted.
This guy may create another account in the future, so I'm leaving this story here. Thank you for reading, and have an excellent rest of your day.
(Sorry for bad English, I'm not a native English speaker.)
Your English is very good. Interesting seeing that in Turkish. Back in the 70s I learned a little bit of basic Turkish because I was sometimes staying with Turkish friends in Adana and Istanbul. But I could never have translated that!

I don’t get what he could do with just the email....he could sell it I guess, but all that work?
They don't care about the email they want you to click the link and it'll trace a ton of infos. It's just phishing the email is just a bait probably

He tried to get me and asked for my email and I said no then he asked for my Skype Andy I said no and then he blocked me🤣

Pretty bad bait ngl
I have just dodged a scammer, and I wanna warn everyone to not believe such users. I hope this topic will help you because this attempt was so realistic.
(I don't know if it is allowed, so I'm not gonna give his name. But, be aware of the scammers.)
That guy I was talking about sent me a PM like this (I don't exactly remember):
"Hi, I am (censored). I am 37 years old future candidate master with the elo of 2187. I wanna improve my teaching skills, so I have randomly picked a couple of "noobs" such as you to coach free for a month.
(I can't remember the topic of the second paragraph.)
Let me start with a couple of questions.
1) How old are you?
2) When did you start playing chess?
3) Do you have a FIDE rating? If not, what do you think it would be?
(etc.)"
I have answered all questions, and in the last question, I admitted I am studying openings nowadays. It was probably a trap for the potential victim.
I can't remember all his replies but the important ones are the first two.
"I have checked your games, and I can say that you're between 1700 and 1800. That's what my rating was when I studied chess for 3 years, 1800. (Notice the irrelevance here) Don't worry about your openings, I already have a perfect repertoire for you. You can just send me your email, and I will send you the repertoire."
What a coincidence! He can't send it on chess.com PMs. Do you know what's even more interesting? It's his next message.
"Oh wait, the email can just be inserted here. (Random scam link, can't remember)"
Of course, I didn't do that. I reported him. Blocked him. And chess.com have just sent me a message about it.
