Hi Mark, nice to hear (read) from you, although I do not exactly understand this blocking situation you describe (but the rest /not being able to resign and connection eating your time/ I know likewise, feeling likewise. Better just play over the board.

BTW, during the las two years I found and lost again the interest in chess (being interested more in the things behind chess and-or surrounding chess). But what I did enjou, were the correspondence games with you (take a coffee and find a move) - some months ago I sent you a challenge (having stabilised the net connection in our village house), but you did not respond, I thought it was the lack of time or interest, which would be comp. OK, but at the moment I doubt, whether it werenť a connection accident, just like the blocked resign buttons...
