OTB because you socialize with people
Board Chess Vs Online Chess

I played a few OTB games for the first time in ages, and found I was much worse than I should be.
I mainly play daily matches online, and am used to analysing first, trying a few moves and taking them back and forth. In live games I made stupid blunders and commited moves far too quickly. I think I need to play with people more often, or maybe play online without analysing moves first, just make one move when ready.

For classical and long rapid chess, OTB provides the better experience for me: No cheaters, few technical problems, and one can often analyze with the opponent afterwards, which can be extremely helpful.
Blitz, bullet, and fast rapid fill yucky OTB: You can't really write down the games, and there can be disputes if pieces are knocked over, as well as with illegal moves. I prefer those to play those fast time controls online.
Although one thing that's hard to do online is setting different time controls for the two players. By setting different time controls for both players (e.g. ½+1 for the stronger and 5+5 for the weaker player), one can balance out skill differences in for-fun OTB games.
