Can premium members limit opponents to Premium members?

Hi all,

It is very frustrating to put lots of thought and effort into a game, only to be faced with a variety shennanigans from my opponents. My block list is growing exponentially. 

My question is:

a) Is it possible for premium members to limit all play to other premium members?

b) Is there a noticeably higher quality of play (less disconnections/reconnections, better manners, etc.) when playing premium members?

When I click on random, I see the option "restrict game to premium members only".

Thanks for the response. It seems like this option is only available for online chess and not live chess. If there is a similar option for live chess, I would appreciate someone linking me to this option. Thanks again for the response.

Thanks for the reply. I believe the filter only affects the display on the graph. This is helpful, but it would be even better if there was a way to filter when starting a new game. Thanks again for the help.
