can u cheat with vote chess??

I didnt think this was possible ... but iv found today that yes it IS possible (i think) 

Iv just finished a vote chess game with 1 group and yes we won which i thought was fantastic, til i realised that that SA of the group i was in was also the SA for the other group.

Under the current ruling it is possible to play 1 group vs another group even if u r the SA for both but i feel that in this instance its so totally wrong.

im not coming in here slinging allegations of "hes a cheat" but i just wanna see who else agrees with me??

we do prevent them when they signup. but what happens after they signup we don't check.

yes i am aware that u can only join one side of the vote chess bbut this person in particular challenged one team of his against another team which he is SA of and then deliberately lost the game so boosting up the stats for the group ni was a member of ... surely this isnt right??
