Cannot castle

Yesterday I was unable to castle in any game I played. 
The system did not allow me to castle in legitimately suitable situations. I tested it to make sure it wasn’t me. 
I showed my son to make sure it wasn’t me.  
I lost most of my games and it’s really frustrating. Not sure what to do about this? Pleas help or it’s not worth playing, I only do the 10 mi. Games

There is a change in castling that is being rolled out. If you're trying to click the king, then the rook to do it and it didn't work, then you have the new code. If you use click to move, you now click the king and the destination square.

Yes unfortunately I hadn’t read the update on the new technique for castling! 
my fault 😂 there is a message when you log on that tells you how to go about castling!!
