Cheater/hacker on iPhone app

Hi everybody, I (votsor) was playing with [Name removed- Moderator] on my iPhone 4. Everything was going ok until after my move #15..Ne4. Then his queen just vanished from the board. I made few more moves thinking it was gone, but then my pieces started to disappear. I sent him a *&^$%^$% chat and stopped playing. When I reviewed the game on the web, his queen was still on the board and all looked normal, except my moves (that were assuming that the queen wa not there anymore). I emailed to the chess.com support, but haven't heard from them yet. This is a very nasty cheater hacker that should be booted from chess.com and fixed ASAP.

[The site has a policy that naming and shaming is not allowed. If you think your opponent cheated, click on "Help & Support" at the bottom of the page, then on "Contact Staff" in the lower left and select the Report Suspected Cheating category. Moderator]

Naming and shaming is against forum rules, and for good reason. How do you know he was causing this? It is more likely a bug.

Sorry, read the rules after I posted Frown I am pretty sure it's not a bug. I played hundreds of live games on my iPhone and nothing like this has ever happened before.
