Is playing chess while doing something else on your phone e.g. texting an indicator of cheating? If a player continually leaves the app to do something else? Two people have accused me of cheating because of this and I don’t understand

The level and frequency of cheating is unreal. Each time you leave the screen the abandonment clock appears. Perhaps you received a call? Each time the player returns with amazing moves. 90% of the players recently have cheated and/or used a ai bot.
Ummmmmm then why do I win my games 90% of the time if they are below 1600 lol(I'm 2000) explain that
