I do not have the same type of phone, but I could give some basic advice. Double check to make sure that you are logged out of live chess on the phone. Make sure that you log out from any computer that you use. Close multiple chess.com windows from accidently 'logging into' live chess multiple times. I use an iPad, and I've struggled with none of these things. Sorry I couldn't help more. =(
