Chess app that captures diagram image?

So there is a "chess for friends" app and a "chess cheats" app that allows you to take a screen cap of a position in "chess for friends". Then you can use the "cheat" app to do analysis of the position you want to look at. That app unfortunately won't process position images/jpgs from any app except for "chess with friends" This got me thinking...I'd like to find an app that has a chess engine that will process a diagram image into a usable form for the app for analysis purposes. Is anyone aware of such a thing?

I use ChessOcrPro on Android to capture diagrams from books etc.  Its really good.  They have one for screenshots too.

No idea if there is something similar on iOS.
