My main Chess account got banned for Fair Play (account name: ChessLucien) without any e-mail or warning. I also never cheated in any game, so I have no idea why it got closed. I would really appreciate it if I get a reaction on where you can send an email to reactivate my account and how this has happened. I would also like to add that this account was only for a tournament I played in. Not a smurf account. I would really like a second chance on that account.
EDIT: I might have 'cheated' accidentally, cause I sometimes have a lot of tabs open and there could have been an analysis board in there and forgot to close it. I would really dislike it if my account got suspended for this. Please reactivate it. It would mean a lot. I will try in the future to not have another analysis tab open.
