And about the QA experience, does it count if this hypothetical person has found and reported bugs before, as well as a good number of cheaters? And knows the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as Ruby? And those numbers are increasing?

However, I believe *this* particular position requires a full time QA tester with previous experience and 100% full time (available throughout the day).
