Chess.com jobs question

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but I do have one regarding jobs at chess.com. Basically I would like to know if chess.com is currently hiring? All I was able to find is two articles from Eric back from 2008 and 2011 about open positions.

Speaking from experience?

I still get messages occasionally from chess.com advertising for jobs. I thought everyone get those too?

For example this is one I received about 5 weeks ago:

Oh yeah, I also do receive these messages except I was interested in customer support. I guess that would mean they are not hiring as of now.

They have posted for customer support positions in the past but I think they recruit many of those positions from the other groups, such as moderators. I lnow most of the notifications I have seen have been about technical positions.

On the following page, towards the bottom, there is a link to a form under the heading, Join Us.

I'm in. Who wants tea, who wants coffee?

Thanks Martin, I did use that link too but was wondering if it was not simply outdated.

Also, I could make Danny Rensch's coffee all day. Just putting it out there.

Martin_Stahl

I don't believe it is outdated. The information used to just say something about opening a ticket I think. The form is newer, though I don't know when it was added. I'm discussing v3 ... would have to check and see what that looks like on v2.
