Chess.com jobs question

I still get messages occasionally from chess.com advertising for jobs. I thought everyone get those too?
For example this is one I received about 5 weeks ago:

Oh yeah, I also do receive these messages except I was interested in customer support. I guess that would mean they are not hiring as of now.

They have posted for customer support positions in the past but I think they recruit many of those positions from the other groups, such as moderators. I lnow most of the notifications I have seen have been about technical positions.

Thanks Martin, I did use that link too but was wondering if it was not simply outdated.

I don't believe it is outdated. The information used to just say something about opening a ticket I think. The form is newer, though I don't know when it was added. I'm discussing v3 ... would have to check and see what that looks like on v2.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but I do have one regarding jobs at chess.com. Basically I would like to know if chess.com is currently hiring? All I was able to find is two articles from Eric back from 2008 and 2011 about open positions.
